ServCo Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 2004. We have since then focused on serving a niche market of providing business advisory, fund support and company secretarial services.

Equipped with many years of experience, our founder and executives have helped our institutional clients in and outside Hong Kong to solve a wide range of business problems.

Our company continues to grow to meet our clients' needs. Since 2018, ServCo has been licensed as a Trust or Company Service Provider in Hong Kong. And in 2019, ServCo established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada to better serve the North American market.
